So it took me two days of recovery in order to talk about the Positron TF ;)
Actually, it was a lot of fun and it was great that 5 out of the 6 members were DB. A special thanks to Mondaag from Alpha Team for joining in on the fun. He must be thinking "I'm in a Coalition with these guys?!?!?"
I'm proud that we pulled it off, considering our team consisted of 4 Scrappers and 2 Blasters. A special MVP shoutout definitely goes to Chaud, whose Recall Friend made us curse our respecs (Travel Power at 14? Screw that!!!) Stealth/Recall were definitely the powers of choice in this TF...those of us who had it definitely sped up an already long TF.
7 and a half hours later (you read that right), we finally got done. Thankfully, some of the mishes in the middle were simply gopher and gave us a nice little break (except for Tech, who had the star and got to play the Courier Archtype....thankfully he had his travel power) The longest snag was the 3rd or 4th mish, where the Circle of Thorns were looking to modernize and move into an office (Thank you for calling the CoT Customer Contact Centre...for ritual sacrifice, press 1....if your ritual sacrifice has run away and you need to order a replacement, press 2....)
It was long but having great company made it all worthwhile. I'm glad we all stuck it out and we got it out of the way. I can only imagine how hard it would be to do Positron on a pick-up team. A special thanks to everyone who made it a blast.

That escort mission with the CoT sucked BUTT!! Talk about desperate! "Just run through!" lol What a great strategy! ha
Glad we had Chaud along! Between the recall and the oh so wonderful phase shift (brings a tear to my eye that I don't have it anymore), I think she saved the day.
Definitely good times. Good death too! I think most all of us came out of it with no debt, so that's a plus.
I'll take recall early after we do the respec mission. That way we can sneak thru and do the cavern of trancedence trial too! Stupid ignaeous (sp).
