In case you haven't noticed, the Rikti have returned!
They have also made an option of buying respecs for your character if you run out in game and cannot afford to spend a ton of loot at the auction house.

Well, the latest patch has once again brought issues to my laptop, I barely can do anything, even crafting has become a lagfest. I made some salvage for the raid for all but other than that, not much else I can provide until I find a fix or my family and I are moved in with our desktops.
